ESI is a team of Certified Indoor Environmentalists serving residential and commercial properties in Maryland, DC, and northern Virginia. Our CIE’s inspect and test for indoor environmental contaminants such as mold, asbestos, bacteria, volatile organic compounds, smoke, etc. We perform Indoor Air Quality Inspections, including LEED IEQ 3.2/ V4 credits. All of ESI’s inspections are followed by a detailed project specific action plan and letter of recommendations based off the environmentalist findings and independent laboratory results.
